Service Cancellation

Phraxellfrthel provides interior design consultation and styling services. Due to the custom nature of our services, cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the type of service provided.

Consultation Services

For consultation services, you may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Design Services

For ongoing design projects, cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

Projects cancelled before work begins may be eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees
Projects cancelled after work has commenced will be charged for work completed to date
Deposits are typically non-refundable once work has begun

Product Returns

For products purchased through our services:

Items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions

Certain circumstances may affect our standard return policy:

Custom-designed items cannot be returned
Items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return
Services already rendered are not eligible for refund
